Ron Shunia is one of four co-founders of Diamond Holdings. Diamond Holdings is a privately held real estate company whose primary focus is developing Walgreen’s drug stores. Since its inception, DH has successfully developed 48 Walgreen’s stores in Michigan, Georgia, South Carolina & North Carolina and currently has 18 stores in different phases of construction. The company has just been selected to develop Western New York and Northwest New Jersey markets for Walgreens.

Prior to Diamond Holdings, Mr. Shunia was a senior member of the management team at Inca Computer Company. Stores were in Michigan, California, Illinois and Florida. The operation included an assembly operation in Memphis and call center in Michigan. Stores were designed to operate in regional trade areas.

Prior to Inca Computer Company, Mr. Shunia was a development officer with CarChoice . Mr. Shunia was the first employee hired to research, develop and implement business plan for new retail concept of a used car superstore focusing on 2 and 3 year old, off-lease vehicles.

Prior to CarChoice, Mr. Shunia held numerous positions with General Motors.

Education:
Mr. Shunia has a Bachelor of Science Degree from General Motors Institute.
Mr. Shunia is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Company History

BOSC Equities began operations via a predecessor company in 1989 as a commercial real estate development company and has developed commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. The Company’s early focus had been retail projects but it has since expanded into office and mixed use projects. Development by BOSC and its affiliated companies has been conducted throughout the United States with the majority of the projects located in California, Michigan and Texas.
