Waad J. Nadhir, the company’s Chairman of

properties throughout
the United States. Our core business is value-added
property redevelopment that can include properties
developed
for urban in-fill and mixed-use. We acquire assets
in need of revitalization which can benefit from
our entrepreneurial
and aggressive approach to redevelopment and repositioning
in a market. We seek to renovate properties to
an institutional
quality that benefits our tenants, customers, the
community and our investors
Our Business
Bosc Equities' business is to maximize the value of
under-performing income producing real estate assets
via aggressive redevelopment. Bosc acquires assets in
need of revitalization, which benefit from the company’s
entrepreneurial and aggressive approach to redevelopment
and repositioning within a given market. Bosc Equities
has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to properly
position an asset in its respective market and to create
the right tenant mix.
Investment Strategy
Bosc Equities is an opportunistic buyer seeking opportunities
in challenging situations such as:
- Disinterested Property owners
- Complex situations
- Distressed property strategically located within
a target market
Development Goals
Bosc Equities is dedicated to ‘green’
design in its future developments. Green design is
inspired by its sensitivity to the environment and
regional climate. Because of dwindling natural resources,
higher energy costs and increased social conscience,
we are going to use sustainable green design for its
functionality and savings as well as its aesthetic
beauty.
- Bosc Equities intends to obtain LEED Certification
at some level for all future projects. LEED (Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification
is designed to promote buildings that are economically
profitable, environmentally responsible, and healthy,
productive places to live and work.
