properties throughout the United States. Our core business is value-added
property redevelopment that can include properties
developed for urban in-fill and mixed-use. We seek to renovate properties to
an institutional quality that benefits our tenants, customers, the
community and our investors
Our Business
BOSC Realty Advisors' business is to maximize the value of real estate assets
via aggressive development and redevelopment. BOSC acquires assets in
need of development and revitalization, which benefit from the company’s
entrepreneurial and aggressive approach to development
and repositioning within a given market. BOSC
has repeatedly demonstrated its ability to properly
position an asset in its respective market and to create
the right tenant mix.
