Waad J. Nadhir began real his estate career from the retail perspective of the business. He was a co-founder of MovieMax Videos, a chain of video superstores in the Detroit area. This was launched in 1985 and the company was acquired by Blockbuster Midwest MLP in 1987. Mr. Nadhir then became a development officer with Blockbuster Midwest.

In 1990 Mr. Nadhir became a direct franchisee of Blockbuster Entertainment and obtained the New York City market for store development. This included all 5 boroughs of the city. Mr. Nadhir located, leased and developed stores in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx during his tenure as franchisee in New York City.

Mr. Nadhir co-founded BOSC Group, Inc. in 1989, which was the predecessor to BOSC Equities and BOSC Realty Advisors. Mr. Nadhir was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. BOSC was founded originally to develop retail properties throughout the United States and later expanded that profile to include office buildings.

He also founded CarChoice, and Inca Computer Builders. Mr. Nadhir has been responsible for locating, acquiring and redeveloping real estate assets for the Company since its inception.

Company History

BOSC Realty Advisors began operations via a predecessor company in 1989 as a commercial real estate development company and has developed commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. The Company’s early focus had been retail projects but it has since expanded into office and mixed use projects. Development by BOSC and its affiliated companies has been conducted throughout the United States with the majority of the projects located in California, Michigan and Texas.
