WAAD J. NADHIR
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Waad J. Nadhir began real his estate career from the
retail perspective of the business. He was a co-founder
of MovieMax Videos, a chain of video superstores in
the Detroit area. This was launched in 1985 and the
company was acquired by Blockbuster Midwest MLP in 1987.
Mr. Nadhir then became a development officer with Blockbuster
Midwest.
In 1990 Mr. Nadhir became a direct franchisee of Blockbuster
Entertainment and obtained the New York City market
for store development. This included all 5 boroughs
of the city. Mr. Nadhir located, leased and developed
stores in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx
during his tenure as franchisee in New York City.
Mr. Nadhir co-founded BOSC Group, Inc. in 1989, which
was the predecessor to BOSC Equities and BOSC Realty Advisors. Mr. Nadhir was
the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
of Directors. BOSC was founded originally to develop
retail properties throughout the United States and later
expanded that profile to include office buildings.
He also founded CarChoice, and Inca Computer Builders.
Mr. Nadhir has been responsible for locating, acquiring
and redeveloping real estate assets for the Company
since its inception.
