Marc Harris
Vice President, Development

Mr. Harris has 30 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate development. Prior to joining BOSC Equities, Mr. Harris was with Toll Brothers involved in residential and retail development. Some of his responsibilities included market analysis, product selection and design, site planning, engineering, environmental feasibility analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, purchase and sales negotiations, entitlement processing as well as project management.

Prior to Toll Brothers, Mr. Harris was President of DTN Incorporated. At DTN, Mr. Harris was the executive in charge of real estate acquisitions and operations for Latin America. His responsibilities included market analysis, site selection, due diligence, property acquisition, entitlements, planning, engineering, infrastructure, and development

Prior to DTN incorporated, Mr. Harris was Executive Vice President at MHA Commercial Brokerage and Investments, Inc. At MHA, Mr. Harris was responsible for location evaluation and transactions involving single, multi-family, residential, retail, office and industrial properties. He was also responsible for the acquisition and entitlement of large commercial land parcels in California, Arizona, and Mexico.

Prior to MHA, Mr. Harris was Vice President at First Meridian Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Harris was a due-diligence officer for all real estate offerings. He provided financial advisory services to high-net worth individuals.

Prior to First Meridian, Mr. Harris was a Property Analyst at Parnas Corporation. His responsibilities included property review, soil and geological analysis, zoning and potential uses, and financial modeling.

Education: Mr. Harris has a Master’s Degree from Stanford University, Bachelor’s Degree from California State University – Long Beach, Civil/Environmental Engineering Certification. Continuing Education credits in Accounting, Business Law, International Trade and Business, Industrial Technologies, and Marketing.

Mr. Harris holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, NASD Series 7 Securities License, Real Estate Investment Advisor, Member – Stanford Network Alumni Program.

Company History

BOSC Equities began operations via a predecessor company in 1989 as a commercial real estate development company and has developed commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. The Company’s early focus had been retail projects but it has since expanded into office and mixed use projects. Development by BOSC and its affiliated companies has been conducted throughout the United States with the majority of the projects located in California, Michigan and Texas.
