BOSC Equities Purchases Pasadena, CA Shoppes at Fair Oaks

Waad J. Nadhir, Chief Executive Officer for BOSC Equities today announced that the company has purchased the Shoppes at Fair Oaks located at 64-90 North Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena, CA.
The 28,000 square foot property is home to twelve tenants including McMurphy’s Pub, Olde Town Pub, Mezbaan Indian Restaurant, Victory Fitness, Tortas Mexican Restaurant, Level 3 Communications, LA Classical Music, Cote d’ Azur Spa, and Fuse Design.
