Shail Arora

Mr. Arora is an active real-estate investor. He has invested in numerous retail and office projects in the past 10 years. He advises BOSC Equities in the selection, purchase and re-development of Mixed Use properties.

Mr. Arora is CEO of Gradepoint, Inc. a company he co-founded in 1999. Mr. Arora brings an extensive background in leadership and technology. Prior to co-founding Gradepoint, Inc. Mr. Arora was Senior Vice President and CIO for Inca Computer Company, a national retailer of computing technology and services. Prior to Inca, Mr. Arora was a Principal In the Enterprise Java Practice at IBM, supporting large healthcare clients implement advanced technology. Before IBM, Mr. Arora was a Director at St. John Health in Detroit. Previous to St. John, Mr. Arora spent 9 years at EDS in various roles, all in advanced technology areas including Artificial Intelligence, Object Technology, and Intelligent Manufacturing.

Education: Mr. Arora has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI).

Company History

BOSC Equities began operations via a predecessor company in 1989 as a commercial real estate development company and has developed commercial real estate properties throughout the United States. The Company’s early focus had been retail projects but it has since expanded into office and mixed use projects. Development by BOSC and its affiliated companies has been conducted throughout the United States with the majority of the projects located in California, Michigan and Texas.
